Despite the overcast, rainy skies from the remnants of Hurricane Ian, Krista and Caden still managed to have a beautiful wedding at Valley Road Vineyards in Afton, VA. The surrounding views make for a picturesque wedding, but with the soggy grounds and misting rain, we sadly couldn’t take advantage of it. But no matter, because even the indoor locations were excellent for their wedding photos. As the night came to an end, Krista and Caden did a gender reveal for her baby due at the end of the year (scroll down to see the big reveal)!
Less than a week after the wedding, we got together to do a quick session, but more informal so they could have a good mix of photos from me. I really enjoyed the pictures we captured from both the wedding day and the post-wedding session. Krista and Caden are a joy to work with and their photos speak of the love they have for each other.
