Lauren contacted me at the last minute for her couples portraits with her boyfriend, Mike, just before he had to leave for his 9 month deployment with the US Navy. It was a cold Sunday afternoon and I suggested that we go to Town Center in Virginia Beach for the best possible lighting on a cold, cloudy day. We had a great time and the pictures turned out amazing because they’re such a cute couple.
My favorite part of the shoot was offering the extra sweater that I was wearing to Mike (who didn’t bring something warm to wear) and quoting Dumb & Dumber: “You’ve had… an extra pair of gloves… this whole time?!”
