I loved working with Marlené and Bert for their wedding, not only because their venue was the historic Cavalier Hotel in Virginia Beach, which makes for some really cool vintage backgrounds, but also because Bert is an old friend of mine from way back in the day. Since we also both went to high school together, there were quite a few people from Norfolk Christian that I hadn’t seen in a while, so it was a reunion of sorts for me, too. The wedding day was planned very well thanks to the coordinators and a very organized bridal party. There were 20 people total, including the bride & groom, 8 bridesmaids, 8 groomsmen, a flower girl, and a ring bearer! It was rather impressive to see everything come together and go off without a hitch. Please enjoy these images from their wedding day!
